Dr. Derek Smith Managing Director & Consultant
Dr. Derek Smith is an advocate of business longevity and sustainability. His pre-entrepreneurial history includes over 18 years of experience in the full-stream energy sector in various roles, including outbound sales, marketing, operations, technical advisory, and management.
Derek is the holder of a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Laureate Walden University, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Anglia Ruskin University, and a Mechanical Engineering Technician’s Diploma from the National Examination Council.
Derek is a part-time lecturer at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the faculty of Business Management at his alma mater. He is also a certified trainer of the International Labour Organization's (ILO's) Sustainable and Resilient Enterprise programme.
