Industrial Relations Administrator JOB PURPOSE This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting the end-to-end delivery of the Employers’ Solution Centre’s (ESC) Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management services and products by receiving client queries, managing service workflows, maintaining robust documentation systems, and coordinating stakeholder engagement in order to ensure effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and revenue support. The ESC is the subsidiary of the Employers' Consultative Association of Trinidad and Tobago (ECA).
