"The Professional Certificate in Labour Laws definitely achieved the objective of improving the competence of the HR/IR Professional in terms of understanding the protocols and skills required for court hearings, as well as preparing required documentation. As an HR professional with over 20 years of experience, it was by far one of the most insightful and meaningful programs I have done.
Even in spite of the current Covid restrictions with face-to-face classes, the ESC made it one of the most seamless processes. Lastly and by NO means least of all, the quality of the facilitator was unmatched. I will definitely recommend this Course to any HR Professional, IR Professional or Lawyer who wants to improve their skills and feel more confident in dealing with Court matters."
