As a line manager or supervisor, how do you ensure accountability without creating an IR dispute?.
Many organisations lose matters not because the employee’s behaviour was acceptable, but because line management made costly procedural errors.
Through real-world workplace scenarios, practical exercises, and selected Industrial Court judgments.
This practical programme helps managers recognise and avoid common supervisory missteps that can turn everyday people-management issues into HR or IR problems.
Participants will build the confidence and practical judgment to effectively manage routine employee issues and make better-informed decisions before problems escalate.
