The COVID-19 Pandemic forced many businesses to accelerate their digital transformation, impacting how organisations are structured and how services are delivered. As we move closer to an end to the Pandemic, this does not necessarily mean a return to how businesses operated prior to 2020. Where feasible, remote work remains a popular choice, with many businesses now moving to a hybrid system - some days remote, some days at the workplace.
Managing a hybrid workplace brings its own unique challenges and businesses will need to be agile in order to survive this new normal, and any future disruptions that may arise.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
This session will explore how leaders must adapt to the shifts that changed the business landscape over the past two (2) years, ensuring that their leadership capabilities and organisations can thrive in today’s rapidly emerging business environment by embracing the power of organisational agility success.
