The COVID-19 Pandemic forced many businesses to accelerate their digital transformation, impacting how organisations are structured and how services are delivered. As we move closer to an end to the Pandemic, this does not necessarily mean a return to how businesses operated prior to 2020. Where feasible, remote work remains a popular choice, with many businesses now moving to a hybrid system - some days remote, some days at the workplace.

DAY ONE - BUILDING AN AGILE ORGANISATION

This session will...

• Set the cultural context to the reality of change
• Understand Traditional vs. Hybrid work environment
• Reflect on the acceptance of the new normal to the hybrid paradigm
• Analyse the framework linking the hybrid model to strategies
  
• Discuss how to cascade the Hybrid model throughout the organisation

DAY TWO - BUILDING AN AGILE TEAM

This session will...

• Identify the appropriate leadership models to facilitate team agility in a hybrid work environment
• Evaluate the role of an effective performance management system in driving team agility in a Hybrid work environment
• Discuss if there is an actual role for micromanagement in the hybrid work environment
• Create an effective discipline system in a hybrid environment
