This session is an examination of relevant Court Judgments arising out of the Industrial Court of Trinidad and Tobago with an analysis of trends and critical lessons to be learnt.
Participants will be equipped with the necessary knowledge to confidently approach various workplace issues and manage them in accordance with the principles of good industrial relations practice and human resource management best practice.
Participants will not only gain an appreciation for the legal implications and consequences of any breaches in the applicable areas examined but will also be able to identify current gaps in their own organisation's processes and practices.
Over 10 judgments will be examined in the session and a file with 10 additional judgments distributed to participants.
