Remote work is here to stay, and getting the management of remote employees right, especially from a performance aspect, will ultimately determine how well employees remain productive, engaged and thriving.
These programmes will develop the competency and capacity of Managers and Supervisors to effectively manage performance in a remote environment, and provide assistance with addressing issues of underperformance through the implementation of a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). The PIP is a tool that can be used to identify and improve deficiencies in individual performance and therefore, the overall performance in the business. Managers, Supervisors and Human Resource personnel attending this workshop will be provided with a holistic approach to managing underperformers.
