An Analysis of Industrial Court Judgments: January - December 2023

This session is an examination of relevant judgments arising out of the Industrial Court of Trinidad and Tobago with an analysis of trends and critical lessons to be learnt.

Participants will be equipped with the necessary knowledge to confidently approach various workplace issues and manage them in accordance with the principles of good industrial relations practice and human resource management best practices.

 

JANUARY - JUNE JUDGMENTS: Tuesday, 26th November

JULY - DECEMBER JUDGMENTS: Thursday, 28th November

 

LEARNING OUTCOME

Participants will not only gain an appreciation for the legal implications and consequences of any breaches in the applicable areas examined but will also be able to identify current gaps in their own organisation's processes and practices.

Ten (10) judgments will be examined in each session, copies of which will also be shared with participants following the session.
